Returns + Exchanges
For international purchases, you will be charged for return shipping and any shipping costs on your new order.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with the original KHIRY box and pouches.
KHIRY reserves the right to reject the refund, return, or exchange on any merchandise returned in damaged condition. Returned merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing/alterations, or damage of any kind will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If merchandise is received by the customer in damaged condition, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org to make a claim within 24 hours OF receipt with photographic proof and we will work with you to ensure the issue is properly resolved to your satisfaction. Customized, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned for store credit, nor exchanged. Items purchased at a discount code higher than 15% are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit nor exchanged. Store Credit and Gift Cards will expire 1 year from issue date.

ONCE REQUESTED AND THEN APPROVED BY OUR TEAM, PLEASE FILL OUT THE PROVIDED RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM ACCORDINGLY. PLEASE PUT YOUR MERCHANDISE IN A SHIPPING BOX ALONG WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND THE COMPLETED RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM. PLEASE ATTACH THE PROVIDED RETURN LABEL TO OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING BOX AND SEND OUT VIA UPS, DHL, OR FEDEX (AS INDICATED BY THE SHIPPING LABEL). YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ONCE THE RETURNED ITEM(S) ARE RECEIVED BY OUR TEAM. IF EXCHANGED, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ONCE THE NEW ITEM IS DISPATCHED.
Repairs + Resizing

We offer complimentary repairs and resizing on all merchandise within 120 days of purchase. Repairs needed after that window, will incur a cost depending on the nature of the request plus shipping. khiry reserves the right to reject any request deemed unreasonable and do not accept responsibility for any merchandise altered by any other jeweler or third party.
Order Processing + Shipping

For available-to-ship products, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted.
For made-to-order products, please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted.
For expedited shipping, please email email@example.com with your request and timeline, and we'll try our best to accommodate you.
For international shipping, shipping time varies depending on location. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.
