Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
These policies only apply to purchases made at khiry.com. For all requests, please contact team@khiry.com directly.
We offer refunds for any order wished to be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error or damaged upon receipt.
We offer exchanges or returns for store credit on any order within 7 days of purchase. All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the request’s approval, otherwise the return or exchange is no longer eligible.
For domestic returns and exchanges, we will provide complimentary return shipping labels upon approval for any order if it’s under $500, and you will be charged for any shipping costs on your new order. For international purchases, you will be charged for return shipping and any shipping costs on your new order.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with the original KHIRY box and pouches. KHIRY reserves the right to reject the refund, return, or exchange on any merchandise returned in damaged condition. Returned merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing/alterations, or damage of any kind will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. If merchandise is received by the customer in damaged condition, you must contact team@khiry.com to make a claim within 24 hours upon receipt with photographic proof and we will work with you to ensure the issue is properly resolved to your satisfaction.
Customized, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned for store credit, nor exchanged.
Items purchased at a discount code higher than 15% are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit nor exchanged.
Store Credit and Gift Cards will expire 1 year from issue date.
Return/Exchange Instructions
Please send all requests for returns for store credit or exchanges to team@khiry.com. Once requested and then approved by our team, please fill out the provided return/exchange form accordingly.
Please put your merchandise in a shipping box along with all original packaging and the completed return/exchange form.
Please attach the provided return label to outside of the shipping box and send out via UPS, DHL, or FedEx (as indicated by the shipping label).You will be notified once the returned item(s) are received by our team. If exchanged, you will be notified once the new item is dispatched.
Repairs and Resizing These policies only apply to purchases made at khiry.com. For all requests, please contact team@khiry.com directly.
We offer complimentary repairs and resizing on all merchandise within 120 days of purchase. Repairs needed after that window, will incur a cost depending on the nature of the request plus shipping.
We reserve the right to reject any request deemed unreasonable and do not accept responsibility for any merchandise altered by any other jeweler or third party.
Order Processing and Shipping
These policies only apply to purchases made at khiry.com.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. All orders placed after 6:00 pm EST will be processed the following day, and all orders placed after 6:00 pm Friday EST will be processed the following Monday. This includes Next Day and Priority shipping, domestically and internationally.
Once shipped, KHIRY is not responsible for any lost/stolen items in the mail. For any questions or concerns, please contact team@khiry.com.We offer messenger service within Manhattan and Brooklyn. Please contact team@khiry.com to arrange for your delivery.
For specific shipping/delivery requests on fine jewelry items greater than $10,000 USD, please contact team@khiry.com to coordinate your receipt of the merchandise. If no specific delivery instructions are indicated, the merchandise will be shipped out insured to its valuation and requiring signature upon delivery.

International Shipping
The price of International Shipping varies on location and is calculated upon checkout. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS KHIRY accepts credit and debit card providers such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club, as well as payment via PayPal Express Checkout. Please direct any inquiries regarding order payment or processing to customercare@khiry.com.
